Use --device=input instead of --device=all #11

Seeing as we only use --device=all to access joysticks/controllers, we should use --device=input instead of --device=all.

This requires flatpak-1.15.6, which is the latest version at the time of writing.

We should consider the change in about a year when that version of flatpak has made its way to distributions.
