Production docker/docker image support

Docker is used for the local development environment through Lando however as the Lando website states:

This is a development tool!

Note that while you can run Lando in production, it is highly discouraged, not recommended and 100% not supported! DON'T DO IT!

So, we're using WordUp and Deployer which works awesome however it would be cool to support this setup as a docker image on the production side of things. I wouldn't want to get rid of the WordUp/Deployer way of doing things but it would be cool to be able to support both. I would want the implementation to be as small and simple as possible while also being expandable and configurable. This might even mean getting rid of Lando.
