最近谷歌翻译接口质量严重下降，见相关讨论：ssut/py-googletrans#268 。

/v1/translateHtml接口应该是一个更好的选择，还支持多段并行翻译。

确实我也发现翻译质量下降，还不如微软翻译了，等有时间再调整下接口
