Bug: Freezing when transfering files to folders

Hi,
Firstly, I love this programme!
I have the full version (paid!), but just lately have been having a lot of problems when I'm moving large numbers of files between folders, it completely freezes, I re-open it, and all's good for maybe a couple of minutes, then it freezes again.
I have had to go back to using File Explorer which kind of defeats the object! But it just works, I would really appreciate some help with this problem.
I have tried installing from your website, and also Microsoft Store with the same result.

Steps To Reproduce

Open files, select dual pane, open folders required.
Highlight folders/files to drag and drop, and try to move where required.
May work once or twice, and then freezes, task manager then does the "Close Program Error ?).

Thanks for the report, Are you closing Files from the system tray? If not please try that.
