2k私有网络，在仅链接一个节点的环境下，启动后有概率无法启动

原因： dht中存在boot节点，由于dht启动在前面，peermgr，sayhello是在后边注册。 因此会导致bootstrap节点的建立连接事件无法被peermgr，sayhello捕获。 今儿导致同步无法启动起来。 表现出来的想象就是swarm peers显示有节点，但是就无法同步。
