I´m also quite sure FIP0067 should not be on that list (or implementation was deemed not needed?), but I will have to double check with the authors.

FIP-0082: Add support for aggregated replica update proofs should get added to the list of Accepted FIPs - FIPs awaiting network implementation.

Quick update on the FIP-0067 from the authors, it is basically a <break glass in case of emergency> FIP.
