When opening a multi-channel multi-illumination multi-angle czi file, channels and illuminations are incorrectly read. Instead of (illumination-channel) 0-0, 0-1, 0-2, 1-0, 1-1, 1-2 it reads 0-0, 1-0, 0-1, 1-1, 0-2, 1-2. This issue can be overcome by manually correcting illumination and channel in the xml. This occurs independent of saving angles in one czi file or as separate czis.
