DISCUSSION POINTS:

Need to define allowable values for the Title (NamTitle) & Suffix (NamSuffix) lookups, and clean records as needed. Also--should adding values to the lookup be restricted to Manager-level user groups? (vs restricted to Admin only?)

DECISION(S):

No abbreviations except:

  • Title: Dr, Mr, Ms, Mrs
  • Suffix: Jr, Sr, [roman numerals]

Cleanup - if any have weird/non-standard abbreviations, cleanup
