建议打开APP的时候可以自动检查更新，询问用户后下载。如果用户没看到，或者是想晚点更新，可以在顶上的那个APP图标右上角标注New，以此来提示用户有新版本可供下载。

场景

当有新版本发布时，当我打开应用程序，我希望看到更新提示的界面。
