[web] when editing an update the page title should not revert to "Fedora Updates System" #5540

The default title for Bodhi web pages is Fedora Updates System.

When editing an Update in Bodhi web, the page title changes from FEDORA-<year>-<hashid> -- <type> update to <package> to Fedora Update System.

I think it would be better when editing if the title became Editing FEDORA-2023-<hash> -- ... say.
Otherwise it is difficult to tell which is the list of current updates in the browsing history and which was an edit page.
