A staging Bodhi links to the production Bugzilla #4238

When I want to create an update on a staging Bodhi, and I'm offered to fill out the Bugs form field, the form correctly queries the partner-bugzilla, not the production one. I can see that the populated title is correctly retrieved from there.

However, when I actually create the update and go to the Bugs tab, the bug item links to the production bugzilla instead, not the partner one.

As an update, partner-bugzilla is no more, the instance now lives under https://bugzilla.stage.redhat.com
