Error building OAuth client: Cannot read configuration file:

This was working fine until last week. I'm now getting this error. I haven't changed the client_secrets.json file and as far as I can tell, the data matches what is on the console page. Any thoughts?

This started working again a couple days later. Must have been a hiccup on YouTube's system.
