We want to have this behaviour for adding categories that behave like the search value field (controlling what's displayed), but I started with this piece so we can have a play with it independently.
After testing it for a few minutes I think it makes sense, especially that On the map functionality is there - so if someone wants to really deselect everything, they can first untick it, and then deselect.
