This is intended to be a deep discussion of moving away from the "monolithic" architecture we have right now and moving to a RobotOS-inspired PubSub architecture.

I am assigned everyone to this issue because this is a chance to have some really deep involvement and contributions to what could serve as the blueprint for how we code our robots for the next several years. This would also totally get us a programming award.
