Motivation

Add this CSS media feature to docusaurus can help accessibility for somes users.

It can be setup for mobile nav bar slide (open mobile burger menu), versions and languages hover (appearance of the list), etc...

I did some of the work on the infima side: facebookincubator/infima#281. There is still some work to do on the Docusaurus side to close this issue
