Jest links in the docs need to be updated.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://create-react-app.dev/docs/running-tests/
  2. Click the coverageReporters link under Configuration

Expected behavior

Links should be deep linked to their respective functions.

Actual behavior

Links take you to the Jest configuration page and not to the functions that are linked.
