Just wanted to drop in and say this looks really good!
I'm considering converting my app (https://www.vodon.gg/) from Electron to a PWA once the File System Access API and WebCodes API mature somewhat. Something like this tool would be ideal for maintaining the users app state. I also love that you've leaned into SQL for it too.
