refactor participant network #492

Separate participant network to the different networks

you can now have the following networks:

kurtosis
shadowfork
public network
devnet
verkle
verkle-shadowfork

Based on the different networks, different things need to be spun up.

This can be done in different functions, that should be spit apart from participant network
