Summary

We should target Yolov2 full sync as a short term goal for the client. This would be an attractive and concrete goal "in sight" which will bring us substantially closer to general client development. This is also just "the last mile" since we have most of the infrastructure in place with the backported HFs and the generalized EIP support.

I will place this here for now since we are not that client focused yet.
