data lost after update

The previous version of wallet has problems with backup functionality. The folder with keys was empty and cannot be opened. After update I lost my previous wallet. I was not able to do copy of them according to previous bug.

Also I specified folder for saving nodes to other drive but after update this setting lost and sync of blocks starts from beginning,

The synced blocks are ok, you can always get it back even if it takes time.

If you don't have the keystore files though, you've pretty much lost that account. Check if you had pointed it to other folders. Though I haven't done it myself, I remember somebody else saying that they had pointed it to a different folder in the beginning and the keystore files were somewhere there.

Hi @smalinovskiy, in order to troubleshoot this issue, I'd ask you to provide more information.

The folder with keys was empty and cannot be opened.

Was it any kind of permission error or what?

How did you update Mist, using the .exe installer or the .zip file?
