We may need to use reth as the L1 EL client, since geth doesn't actually support 7702 txs yet.

Since we have no public devnet, this would have to be done locally for now.

@geoknee wasn't this done already? Can this be closed?

@protolambda yes it was done. There is a a dangling niggle here though #14046 (comment) , ideally we could run that test without having to trust the l1 rpc. Let me give this another spin and see if I can get that to work. If I can I will close this issue.
