Etcd write throughput metric #11365

Currently etcd has a metric etcd_mvcc_db_total_size_in_bytes which reports the total size of the db in bytes, however, due to compaction frequencies, this metric can display a sawtooth pattern when write frequency is high.

Can we add a metric which just displays the write throughput?
