Watchtower Library File Formats

Hey, I was wondering if you guys have done any work on the datafiles for Watchtower Library?

What I'm curious about is the changes from old versions. For example, my WT Lib 1997 has the following files for a publication:

DOCSFILE
PUBINDEX
PUBINFO

Whereas modern WTLib (2016, 2024 etc.) has for the same publication:

SJ_E.PIDX
SJ_E.PUB

My ultimate goal is to backport the entire set of modern WTLib publications to WTLib 1997 / 1999, so I don't strictly need to know the new file formats, only the old ones.

I'm a Windows 3.1 tragic and also user of OS/2 (which has it's own Win 3.1 implementation called WINOS/2), and regular user of Watchtower Library since day one. Also I have a lot of crazy ideas :)
