Support single quotes within shell commands #1

Single quotes within shell commands are not currently supported. This means something as simple as echo "Mornin', y'all!" will crash the script. This is pretty unacceptable. The solution will be to read the entire begin block into a temp file, invoke it with $SHELL and getline the results back in; but, for now, this is how it is.
