This indicates to me that there is a mismatch between ids and region names in observations and forecasts which maybe causing some issues.

europe-covid-forecast/crowd-rt-forecast/simulate-targets.R

Line 27 in d1620f0

crowd_rt[location %in% "GM", location := "Germany"]

line just needs to be deleted, but I think it doesn't cause harm
