Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Ketcher and switch to Macro mode
  2. Open any attached file
    rna-mod-phosphate-example.zip
    dna.zip

Actual behavior

The monomers are positioned below bonds that connect them.

Expected behavior

The bonds connect centers of the monomers.
