Macro: When switching to micro mode, it is difficult to select the entire structure and impossible move it to a new position #3654

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Ketcher and switch to Macro mode
  2. Add several monomers and switch to Micro mode
  3. With selection tool select structure and move to a new position

Actual behavior
It is difficult to select the entire structure and impossible move it to a new position

Expected behavior
User can select the entire structure and it is possible move it to a new position

Scenario 2

When switching to micro mode, it is difficult to select the entire structure and impossible rotate it
Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Ketcher and switch to Macro mode
  2. Add several monomers and switch to Micro mode
  3. With selection tool select structure and rotate it

Actual behavior
It is difficult to select the entire structure and impossible rotate it

Expected behavior
User can select the entire structure and it is possible rotate it

Autotests added.

Tested. Selecting and moving structure is restricted in Micro mode.
