Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Ketcher
  2. Open the attached file
    Rgroup_V3000.mol.zip
  3. Check that the structure is displayed correctly (see screenshots)

Actual behavior
Structure is deformed

Expected behavior
Structure is displayed correctly:

  • OS: MacOS
  • Browser Chrome
  • Version 111.0.5563.146 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Ketcher version [e.g. v2.4.2].
[Version 2.9.0-rc.5]
