Hovering over some functional groups crops the expanded view of it

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a functional group "C2H5" from template list
2. Place it on the canvas
3. Hover over it with your mouse

Actual behavior
The sides of the rendered molecule are outside of the image that shows up on hover and the over rectangle is mispositioned.

Expected behavior
The molecule should be displayed correctly inside the hover viewport (not cropped on the sides) and the hover rectangle should be positioned directly below the contracted molecule on canvas (or above it if the molecule is near the bottom of editor viewport)
