feat: Update genai codemie page

Description

Update codemie configuration page:

• Remove codemie project and project settings out of the configuration form
• Add list of codemie project settings with ability to edit via yaml editor
• Add codemie project name and status instead of codemie name
• Remove codemie project, codemie project settings creation/edit logic
