Compiling against Mac M3 Max processor

I recently gained access to a new Macbook Pro with the M3 Max processor. I was able to install QE and with Environ and I was running the tests that are built in. Currently, only one of the tests for Environ is passing for me while the majority of the QE tests are passing. This leads me to believe that there is something wrong with my Environ install. I had recently installed and had it running on a Macbook Pro with the Intel processor so there are probably some things that need to be updated to compile on the new M processors. To give a little more background, it seems like the values are close on some of the tests and so I imagine I just need to add some flags or something to compile better. Are there any suggestions for this? Let me know what other information I can provide.

Could you share your make.inc files for both qe and Environ. We could compare the two in order to determine if there are any differences if any. Please send the Environ testfiles output/error as well
