by analyzing native image data collected as part of Make native `enso` launcher smaller! #12446
collected in this ZIP file
it seems that more than 2.5MB is wasted in Google's copy of netty library

Such a library shall not be present inside of any JAR (but be extracted) and it shall not be present inside of the enso native executable.
