В #44 всплыла проблема с тем, что много каких-то констант зашито прямо в код. Нужно:

Все константы переписать так, чтобы они брались из конфига. По максимуму найти физический смысл: например ту самую 80 -> 60 хочется изменить :-).
Конфиг сделать динамическим из монги, по аналогии с настройками перекрытия.
