Cool - How about providing a list for Expertise so that we can categorise volunteers broadly and on the landing page so that anyone who visits get a general idea about the professional areas we have (e.g. Full Stack developer, Interaction Designer, UI/UX ...) and then have extra fields with Skills / Interests that people can fill in?
