Normal emitter output goes to stderr and not stdout #142

On Windows 10, I compiled it and ran from cmd (using C# Process).

Added handlers for
process.OutputDataReceived (correlated to stdout)
process.ErrorDataReceived (correlated to stderr)

All start info of the emitter process is received as Error.

Is this normal behavior?
