When interacting with a tree, it is useful to be able to select nodes without expanding them.
An example would be regedit

You can click each folder without expanding, and they only expand when the + symbol is clicked.

A way to enable a similar mode for CollapsingHeader would be useful. In this mode, it would only expand if the arrow portion is clicked (marked by red line on the pic), otherwise just select.
