Re-order attributes in Document box and display document notes

Document box shows attributes:

• Filename - is indeed nice to have as it can clarify the origin or "version" of the file, I believe it should not be displayed as first.

• Size - not really needed

• Expiry - important but not used so much now

• Document Type

• Actions

• Add document Notes and reshuffle the order order as follows: Document Type, Expiry Date, Notes, Filename, Size, Actions
  (allow linebreak in Filename column as some tend to be really long)

In future, consider discussing an option of hiding filename and size under some tooltip ℹ️ showing technical metadata
