Inconsistencies with the Hamburger Menu Visibility on Smaller Screens

I've encountered an issue with the Hello Elementor theme where the hamburger menu for smaller screen views does not always load correctly, resulting in the icon being invisible. This problem affects the usability of the site on mobile devices and tablets, as users are unable to access the navigation menu.

When logged in into the Wordpress-Account it shows correct as in Image1

When logged out, it doesn't load properly as shown in Image2
