Placeholders for related groups and local aliases disappear when modifier keys are pressed

Description

Pressing keys like ctrl, shift, and alt cause the placeholder text in the related groups (flair) or local alias inputs to disappear. No other keys need to be pressed.

This differs from the normal behaviour of placeholders where they only disappear when there is actual text in the field. It's somewhat distracting to have the text pop in and out currently.
