  • As a user
  • I can enable or disable the message bubbles layout
  • So that I can choose whether I see message bubbles, or the standard view

For MVP, this turns message bubbles on/off in all rooms and all DMs. There is no granular control.

@amshakal it was suggested in testing today that we add extra info or share an image of what bubbles looks like when on... I think we could leave it as is for now and raise an "Enhancement" issue for taking on when we re-do Settings
