Failure when uploading a new product

In product edition, when a new image is added, sometimes we have a failure, and image is not added in the gallery. Furthermore, when the uploading process is OK and the new image doesn't appear, the form can't be saved, so is impossible to save introduced new data. When this happens, it redirects again to product view instead of product list.
