Update links + text to point to Integrations

Creating this issue for tracking purposes. As part of our effort to improve discoverability of Integrations in Kibana, we'll need to update some links and text that appear on Kibana's homepage and Add Data pages. In the following places, we'll want to:

• Update text to speak more towards browse/add "Integrations (beta)" rather than emphasizing Fleet and Elastic Agent
• Update any links to point to the top level Integrations app

@ryankeairns mentioned his team may able to tackle this for us. We'll let you know if and when we decide to go through with these changes. I'd be happy to provide more direction regarding language for the following places shown below.

It seems like most of these changes are text related. Is this meant to be a 7.12 deliverable? I only ask because FF is next Tues and if we needed to get these in, we probably could.

Hey sorry for late reply. We likely need this for 7.13, but this is dependent on a pending decision on if/how we'll reshuffle Fleet and Integrations. We should know by next week. cc @ph

Update: Fleet team decided we'll be moving the integrations UI out of Fleet in 7.14

Ok, we'll plan on doing some design work in late 7.13. I'm imagining a quick mockup to settle on the home page treatment for the Integrations panel/banner... then we build it out during 7.14.

Alex and I have been discussing and see a second, more involved change where content is more dynamic and user-specific.
