• Actions column icon should open Anomaly Explorer and on hover should show tooltip with "Open in Anomaly Explorer"
• Time column icon should apply the date filer to the Inventory view and on hover should show tooltip with "Apply date filter

@katefarrar / @sorantis does the functionality in this tab basically need to mimic: #88649? Without the toggle between "Pods/Hosts"?

@katefarrar / @sorantis, I don't think we need the "Apply date filter" functionality here. The "show in inventory" does that already. Also, the anomalies table in the Anomaly Detection tab doesn't have that functionality. Is there a reason to be inconsistent there?

I think the idea behind this dropdown was to let the user expand the time range to see whether this host had similar anomalies in the past. Right now i don't think there's a way to control this time range anywhere on Inventory (which should be fixed with the inventory time picker).
