Hovering over an empty pie chart causes a js error

Hi again,

In chrome on windows (other browsers probably too), when doing a mouse over an empty pie chart (no data), a JS error will come up:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'trigger' of null

in query.flot.pie.js line 680 (the "target" variable is null).

You may or may not have a similar problem with other panels - i haven't tested those.
