[ML] DF Analytics models list: expanded row 'Config' tab content overflows

Kibana version:

Lastest master.

Describe the bug:

The expanded row content in the models list overflows, does not scroll, and prevents the user from being able to select another tab.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Machine Learning / Data Frame Analytics / Model Management
2. Click on the expand arrow for a model
3. Select the 'Config' tab and see the content overflows

Expected behavior:

Content should be fully visible and the user should still be able to access the expanded row tabs.
