I see this also. Very annoying since it takes so much screen estate and pops up on every screen. |

Describe the bug: When Kibana loads the "Help us improve the Elastic Stack" banner displays everytime When the Disable button is clicked a Internal Server Error is thrown with the following message and stack trace
When click disable or enable.. after 7 seconds: Internal Server Error
Easy way to reproduce:

It's possible Kibana try to send some information over internet on remote host? my network are behind corporate firewall and can't connect to remote host without proxy configuration.
