When cloning a transform, the description of the transform is not carried over with the configuration and doesn't show up in the wizard details step. To be in line with the cloning of anomaly detection and analytics jobs, the description should be retained.

Other settings are affected by this too, e.g. frequency or docs_per_second: #77370 (review)
