#72129 is adding auto fit to bounds. Should this map setting be enabled by default?

I don't feel strongly one way or the other. But maybe we should get opinions from other stakeholders using the Maps app? SIEM, for example?

Per discussion (with @nreese via Zoom) -- yes, I think it should be.

More often people care of the data, then they do an area of interest (which may or may not be relevant if fit data to bounds is not on).
