When I add a terms panel with the Field set to facility_label, records with non-alphanumeric characters get counted twice into two buckets. For instance, with a pie chart looking at this field, and a field value of "security/authorization" I end up with two wedges of 19", one named "security" and one named "authorization" (same counts). This also happens for "user-level" and others.
The workaround is to exclude one of the terms in that label, but then I may be excluding whole records that use that term alone, or in conjunction with another term.
