This meta issue tracks work for implementing Milestone 2 designs for Ingest Manager.

Developer notes

• Figma prototypes: Ingest Manager Scenarios
• We recently completed NP migration work of fleet and epm plugins. As the migration work focused on getting our code into one plugin and onto Kibana New Platform, there are areas where code can be further cleaned up/improved while we work on the tasks in this issue.
• What was previously known as policies has been renamed to agent configs, please update variable names during work where needed.
  • This has been completed as part of [Ingest] Adjust saved object mappings and rename policy -> config #58670
